If you refuse to provide the above personal information, you will not be able to register as our user or log in to this application and use basic business functions, but you can still use browsing and search services.

If you choose the "account password method" to register an account, in addition to the mobile phone number, email address, and text message verification code, you also need to set a password. You can choose not to provide the above information and cannot register or log in to this product through the above methods, but you can still log in to this product through other methods. You can set your nickname and avatar by yourself, and this information will be publicly displayed in reviews, Q&A, online communication with platform service providers and other interactive scenarios.

We will call your camera permissions or album (storage) permissions to provide you with avatar upload services. We will not actively call the above permissions. Only when you use this application and grant the above permissions, we will use the above information to record your use of this application.

2. Information browsing and searching

(1) Function description: We use this function to provide you with all information on second-hand housing, commercial properties, new housing, rental properties, etc., and provide you with screening and search services for housing, decoration and other information.

(2) Necessary personal information: When you browse, click, search, and view the housing, decoration and other information in this product, we will automatically display the housing, decoration and other information styles that are compatible with your device based on your basic device information (device model, device information, brand name, screen parameters, operating system version, device settings, device fingerprint, battery status, memory capacity, storage capacity, system type, system version) and WIFI information (WIFI list); during your browsing, clicking, searching, and viewing, we will collect your usage (browsing, clicking, searching, and viewing records) and save them as service network logs.

(3) Other relevant personal information: If you are not logged in to your account, we will collect your device identifier (IDFA, IDFV, Android OAID, HarmonyOS OAID, Android ID, we obtain some of the above device information based on your device type) to record your usage. 3. House rental and sale entrustment

(1) Function description: We provide you with house sale/rental entrustment management services through this function.

(2) Necessary personal information:

In order to help you display the sale/rental house information, you need to provide your house address, area/unit type, and expected selling price/rental. If you refuse to provide the above personal information, you will not be able to use this basic business function.

In order to communicate with you about the house sale/rental matters, you need to provide your contact information (name, mobile phone number). If you refuse to provide the above personal information, you will not be able to use this basic business function.

Your property information (you provide necessary personal information during the entrustment stage, i.e. area/unit type, expected selling price/rent, and other basic house information supplemented later, such as orientation, community, house survey map, VR map, unit map, etc., and we supplement surrounding facilities, property features, broker viewing feedback, etc.) will be publicly disclosed on this application, allowing customers to browse, search, and pay attention to your property information to facilitate transactions; but your house address, contact information (name, mobile phone number), valid identity documents, property ownership documents, etc. that can identify your personal information will not be disclosed.

In addition, in order to promote the rapid transaction of your intended rental and sale properties and improve the operating efficiency of the brokers serving you, we provide you with ACN collaborative operation services. That is, we will provide your above-mentioned intended rental and sale property information, your virtual mobile phone number, and broker viewing records to ACN collaborative institutions and cooperation platforms. We guarantee that all ACN cooperative institutions are real estate brokerage institutions that have signed written ACN cooperation agreements with us, Shell platform service providers or their designated brand franchisees and have legal business qualifications. We will strictly require ACN cooperative institutions and their brokers to fulfill their personal information protection obligations in accordance with laws and regulations and the requirements of this statement.

4. Security risk control

(1) Function description: We use this function to improve the security of your system when you use our functions and/or services, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and protect your account and transaction security.

(2) Necessary personal information:

Device model, device information, brand name, screen parameters, operating system version, device settings, device fingerprint, battery status, memory capacity, storage capacity, system type, system version, IP address, WIFI status (such as SSID, BSSID), sensor information, usage history (browse, click, search, follow, view). For example, sensor information is used to determine whether it is a simulated system such as a virtual machine, thereby determining the risk level.

(3) Other relevant personal information: device identifiers (IDFA, Android OAID, HarmonyOS OAID, IDFV, Android ID, we obtain some of the above device information based on your device type), mobile application list, Bluetooth, and location information. (1) Function description: We use this function to determine whether the current process is the main process and whether the application is in the foreground or background. Based on this information, we can run different code logic more reasonably and control some business codes from running repeatedly in multiple processes, thereby reducing the power consumption and network traffic consumption of your device.

(2) Necessary information: During the running of the App, we will call the interface getRunningAppProcesses (which means calling the task list). Please be aware that this interface call will only obtain the process information of this application and will not obtain other application information on your device.

(II) Extended business functions

1. Online contract signing

(1) Function description: We provide you with online contract signing services for house leasing, sale, decoration and other transactions through this function; under this function, we are the online contract signing service provider and save the corresponding contract documents accordingly, such as the house sale contract and the personal information in the contract (the specific documents involved in your actual signing shall prevail); the actual transaction subject is the company with which you sign the contract during the house leasing, sale, decoration and other transactions, such as Beijing Lianjia Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd.

(2) Other relevant personal information:

1) After you publish a house rental/sale commission on Lianjia, in order to verify whether the house information you published is true, legal and valid, and to ensure the smooth progress of the transaction, we will collect your valid identity documents (such as identity card, household registration booklet, and relevant certificates in special circumstances (such as marriage certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate, inheritance notarization, etc.)) and valid house ownership documents (such as real estate certificate, house purchase/loan contract, deed tax ticket, and valid power of attorney signed by the house owner). Please be aware that the above information is only used for house verification, and other users of the platform cannot view your identity documents and house ownership documents.

2) All transactions require real-name authentication before signing online. The personal information required for online real-name authentication is the type of certificate, nationality, name, and certificate number (such as ID number); you can also choose "photo shooting authentication", in which case the necessary personal information is the type of certificate and certificate photo, such as ID card; the personal information required for offline real-name authentication includes name, certificate number, and certificate photo. If you provide a passport or a pass for traveling from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to the mainland, you will also need to provide an additional bank card account opening certificate. The real-person authentication service is provided by Beijing Lifangtong Payment Technology Co., Ltd. You need to provide identity information (ID card, passport, household registration booklet and other ID information, choose one of the above documents according to your identity) and facial recognition features (static or dynamic) to complete real-person authentication. In order to improve the accuracy of verification, TRI will, when necessary, conduct information comparison and verification with identity verification service agencies permitted by laws and regulations or authorized by government agencies to obtain inspection results, entrust legally established and industry-leading facial recognition technology service providers to provide relevant technical support, and entrust them to process your facial recognition information. Facial recognition feature data is stored for a minimum retention period of 5 years. We only provide the technical service provider with the minimum necessary information required to complete technical support, and have signed personal information protection terms with such service providers, requiring them to strictly process relevant data in accordance with applicable laws and the agreement between the two parties, and delete the original information immediately after completing the technical support. If you refuse to provide the above personal information, you will not be able to authenticate yourself and sign online, but you can still use basic business functions.

4) When you choose to sign an agreement through online signing, in order to apply for CA digital certificate and electronic signature authentication, we will collect your mobile phone number, name, ID number/photo, biometric information (face information) and submit it to the electronic certification service agency that has obtained the electronic certification service license through a third-party electronic signature service provider. We will require the third-party electronic signature service provider to protect the security of your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. If you do not agree that we submit the above information to the third-party electronic signature service provider and electronic certification service agency, you will not be able to use the online signing service, but it will not affect your use of other services we provide. 5) After signing online, we will save the text of the agreement you signed. If you refuse this application to save your agreement text, you will not be able to use the online signing service, but you can still use basic business functions.

(3) Other related permissions:

If you want to perform real-name authentication, you can choose to authorize camera permissions or photo album (storage) permissions to take or upload ID card photos. If you refuse us to access the above permissions, you can also manually enter the corresponding identity information.

For Android and HarmonyOS client users, if you want to perform real-person authentication, we need to access your camera permissions for face recognition. If you refuse us to access the above permissions, you will not be able to perform real-person authentication.

For iOS client users, if you want to perform real-person authentication, we need to access your Face ID permissions/camera permissions (specific to the application) for face recognition. In the scenario of accessing FaceID permissions, we only obtain the authentication result of comparing your facial recognition features with the face ID stored in the device, and will not obtain your facial recognition feature information. If you refuse us to access the above permissions, you will not be able to perform real-person authentication.

2. Message

(1) Function description: We use this function to facilitate users to contact brokers to consult related issues and relevant messages to reach users.

(2) Other relevant personal information

We will push information about housing listings and other related information to users of corresponding devices through Xiaomi Push, OPPO PUSH Client SDK, vivo PUSH-SDK, Huawei Push SDK, and Honor Push SDK. For details, please click on the "List of Third-Party SDKs Collecting Personal Information" in the "List of Third-Party Shared Information" to view the types of personal information collected by the above SDKs, the purpose of use, and usage scenarios. If you inquire about house sales, rentals, decoration, etc., we will save your chat records with the platform service provider. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose any personal information during the consultation process with the service provider. In order to provide you with a consistent user experience and ensure the consistency of display, we will share your chat records with the corresponding service provider with products under Shell. If you inquire about house sales/purchases, it will be shared with the Lianjia application; if you inquire about house rental/rental requests, it will be shared with Lianjia and Shell Rental Applications. If you do not want to receive information push, you can turn off all or part of the message notifications through "Personal Center > Settings > Push Settings".

(3) Other related permissions:

To ensure that your call is not interrupted, we need to call your phone permissions (device status permissions) to identify your call status and determine that if you are on the phone, you are not allowed to initiate a voice call. Please rest assured that this permission cannot monitor or obtain your call content and information.
